In early Spring, Maple trees throughout the Pacific Northwest leaf out in brilliant green. Hidden among their foliage are tiny, feathery flowers. Maple Blossom is an early nectar source for honeybees and its' precious golden toned honey is collected only during abundant years. A delicately unique honey, Northwestern Maple Blossom features hints of lemon and mint, with a lasting buttery finish.

Z Specialty Food prides itself on operating a sustainable business. Founder Ishai Zeldner got his start with beekeeping in Israel, then later studied apiculture at UC Davis in California. The whole Zeldner family pitches in with the business and they live and operate in Davis California. Z Specialty Food purchases their honeys from from beekeepers and farmers around the country.
