About the Producer:
Connie Green and her family forage the hills of the Napa, and have turned Wineforest Wild Foods into one of the premier sources of wild foods in America. Her wild mushrooms are used by legendary chefs such as Thomas Keller, Cory Lee, Michael Mina, and more. After getting her start foraging for mushrooms, Connie’s adventures have led her to expand into other wild foods including pickles, spices, Wild Sides, and her award winning shrub.
