Wild West Ferments uses a gentle hand in their fermentation. We had a chance to visit them and see their operation in action. About the Producer:
All of the products are carefully crafted in small batches using organic ingredients and source the produce as locally as possible partnering with farmers in West Marin. Sauerkrauts are fermented a minimum of 6 weeks to ensure high vitamin and nutrient content and always ceramic crocks.... never plastic.
