The addition of thyme adds an herbaceous summery freshness. The leeks subtle onion flavor with the thyme adds a bit of complexity to this kraut. This live culture probiotic product stores best in the refrigerator.
About the Producer:
All of the products are carefully crafted in small batches using organic ingredients and source the produce as locally as possible partnering with farmers in West Marin. Sauerkrauts are fermented a minimum of 6 weeks to ensure high vitamin and nutrient content and always ceramic crocks.... never plastic.
