Red Coconut Curry bar falls in the category of, "Bars to Experience". This bar is very complex and long lasting. It has clear ginger and red fruits aroma. The taste is a roller coaster ride starting with heat and some citrus, followed by coconut, then salt going back to spice of chilies and coming back to chocolate and citrus. The spice from the ginger and chili makes the mouth feel alive, and the coconut chunks are substantial. Each time I have tasted this bar the ride has been a little bit different, but equally fun.
What started as a limited-edition bar in early 2013 turned quickly into a phenomenon. Customers were clamoring for more as soon as we sold the last bar. The compelling combination of dark chocolate, crunchy-salty-sweet coconut, ginger and heat couldn't be beat. We had no choice but to bring this one back, and quick!

Alan Patric McClure spent 1 year in France enjoying the best foods the country had to offer. During this time, an all-consuming passion for chocolate took hold of him, and soon after he became determined to make his own world-class bars. After several years of daily test batches, tastings and study, Patric was born! Ever Since, he has been driven to create the finest single-origin, blended and flavored chocolate bars imaginable.
