Producer's Notes: This extra virgin olive oil is clean, bright and balanced. It has a super leafy, green aroma with tomato and leafy green flavors. There are slight tropical undertones of guava and a clean finish, with ripe olive notes followed by black pepper. Key sensations: tomato leaf, herbs, grass, green almond, artichoke.
