This bar has a strong mocha aroma. The astringency is very mild with minimal bitterness. The flavors have a nice length, linger on the tongue, and have subtle nuttiness and dry plum flavor.
The cocoa beans used in this bar come from Daniel O'Doherty, considered one of the top fermentation experts in the world. Nutty and floral taste.

David and Corey Menkes love good chocolate, and similar to coffee or wine, they want to share the subtle differences of each chocolate region.
