Charm School Chocolate (CSC) is a nondairy, vegan chocolate company that is passionate about handcrafting the world’s most scrumptious chocolate and confections! Josh and Giovanna are a couple and a team who love their work. Josh in the kitchen and Giovanna running the operations. Josh was originally traded as a chef, but his love of sweets and deserts lead him to specialize in chocolate over time, finally deciding to specialize in making chocolate from beans. Their distinct chocolate is created by transforming fair trade cocoa beans and organic ingredients into sweet, sophisticated flavors. Just as a charm school "refines" their students, CSC takes cocoa beans from around the world, and carefully "refines" it into polished, delicious sweets. Good manners suggest “it’s rude to exclude”; as allergies to dairy become increasingly common, CSC makes a determined effort to design their recipes without the milk, cream, and butter, typically used in traditional chocolate making.
