Olive Oil Butter Substitute

4 egg yolks1 1/2 tablespoons of water1 cup olive oil Using a hand blender, add egg yolks and water to a container.  Submerge hand blender and begin to mix.  Slowly pour in olive oil as you continue to blend.  After several minutes, the mixture should be completely emulsified.

A new fun way to eat!  We tried this nut spice blend for the first time recently and absolutely love it.  Grab a piece of pita, dunk it in the oil and dab it in the blend.  There are all sorts of variations you can do on this recipe, get creative!
