Olive Oil Butter Substitute

4 egg yolks
1 1/2 tablespoons of water
1 cup olive oil

Using a hand blender, add egg yolks and water to a container.  Submerge hand blender and begin to mix.  Slowly pour in olive oil as you continue to blend.  After several minutes, the mixture should be completely emulsified.
