Pork Tacos

2-3 tablespoons of oil
1 onion, diced
1 pound ground pork
1/2 cup green chiles, chopped
1/3 cup of tomatillo cooking sauce
1 cup of cilantro, chopped
Corn Tortillas
Hot Sauce, to taste

In the oil, saute half of the onion until translucent.  Add the pork and stir until it is cooked (about 5-6 minutes), add salt and pepper to taste.  At the end of cooking, add the green chiles and the cooking sauce, stir to combine, and heat 1 minute more.  

As a topping for the tacos, create the cilantro salsa by combining cilantro and second half of the onion

Warm up tortillas.  On a tortilla add your meat, cover with some salsa and enjoy!  To dial it up a notch, add your favorite hot sauce on top.
