Gremolata Sauce

1/2 cup minced parsely leaves
2 cloves garlic, microplaned or finely grated
Zest of 1 medium lemon, microplaned or finely grated
1/8 teaspoon salt
Black Pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil 

Mix together all ingredients and use as a fresh sauce on chicken or steak.

Recommend you use the lemon 2nd on the microplaner to help clean the garlic off.
